Jonin requirements

Requirements to become a jonin is at least 2 admin to say your character is ready.doesn't matter if your admin you still need two.and you need to get both people who say your ready to send me a pm.in the pm the those who are vouching for the character must give three reasons why.i will look into it and see if its true.each of them must be sent individually directly to me.i will see and i'll forward a copy to shardic.the reason for this is so we dont have anyone god modding.we want this game to run smoothly not have a couple people playing with god accounts.
