Okay. Simply put, this is the one time you will be allowed to personally ask about becoming staff. Why? Because you aren't asking. You are answering. What are you answering? My question. I need a good few people to become staff members and aide me in the running of this site.

there are a few reasons as to why i think this would be meaningless:

1º - Those who reply to this template are the ones who "want" to be part of the staff but can they do their work properly?

2º - If you allready had a working staff team, why would you change?

3º - If the other team wasnt working, what makes you think recruiting this way will make it work?

Finaly i'd like to say but one thing, being a moderator is not something as easy as roleplaying, you have to be straight foward and you cant be biased, or else it will end up ruining other player's RP
